Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is such a yummy way to treat yourself as well as nourish your body! They contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, and calcium. Below is a recipe for a basic chia seed pudding, but you could also add cinnamon, cocoa powder, stevia (instead of maple syrup), or whatever else to make this your own! I like to top mine with almond butter and fruit. You could also top with coconut, granola, nut mix, etc. Get creative!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together in a tupperware container. Place lid on tupperware and allow chia seeds to absorb the moisture of the almond milk in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
