There’s still time to savor the flavors of fall with these yummy Maple Oat Muffins! I just love to bake this time of year. Baking for my friends and family is one of my favorite things to do, and the holidays are the perfect time for just that! I made these muffins with warm sweaters, fuzzy socks, and cozy morning cups of coffee in mind. Enjoy warm with a little melted ghee or maybe even dunk them in your coffee or hot cocoa!
