Low FODMAP Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This double chocolate zucchini bread is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! It’s perfect with almond milk for breakfast, with coffee as an afternoon snack, or as a yummy dessert. Let me know if you try this recipe, and enjoy!





  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of grated zucchini (about 1 medium sized zucchini)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of gluten free flour blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×5 bread pan. Beat to mix the egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, cocoa, and zucchini. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into bread pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean from the center.
